Suggestions for Lower (B-2) level exams in SPAIN

Hello fellow teachers!  I have a student from SPAIN who is interested in preparing for the B-2 level exam.  Does anyone know which examining bodies operate in SPAIN and are recognized by the State.  We ideally need something slightly easier than the FCE Cambridge exam with a focus on functional English.
