Trial lesson

I just had a trial lesson with a potential student and we had an issue with our microphones & speakers. I could hear her, but she couldn't hear me. I toggled all the settings connected to my mic and she did the same. We were chatting in the chat.
Basically, i'd like to offer another free trial. However, I believe students only have one free trial per teacher. Is there a way i can set up a trial lesson with her where she doesn't have to pay me anything? I feel bad...
