What is a reasonable credit when a student cancels a lesson?

I would like to know what STUDENTS think is reasonable when they need to cancel a lesson the day of or minutes before it is scheduled? Is the Verbling 50% refund satisfactory? Or do you think the teacher should give a 100% refund or a credit for sickness or another situation beyond the student's control?
