If you wish to take exams, I can train you as I am a licensed examiner for several German exams up to level B2 (telc). My teaching method is very personal and individually-tailored. I have often taught medical staff, such as MDs, and have a licence in teaching German for medical professionals. My long years of living abroad in Europe and Asia and the many contacts with people from different nationalities and backgrounds are a very good prerequisite for teaching German. I am a certified TestDaF and telc examiner. I specialise in test preparation (Goethe-Zertifikat, TestDaF, telc, ÖSD, fide, etc.).
I offer both general German language lessons and specific courses of grammar, conversation, writing, test preparation and interview preparation. My focus is on intermediate and advanced German learners, who need a higher level of accuracy and fluency in terms of exposition, argumentation and self-expression.
I have been teaching German online since 2016. Prior to that, I taught at one of the leading language schools in Berlin for over six years. my name is Michalis, or Mike for short, and I am 32 years old. I am half German, half Cypriot, raised in Cyprus and have been a private German teacher for the past 3 years, as a native speaker and holder of the C2 Certificate in German.
