I am a professional language teacher from Berlin, Germany. I work at a language school in Thailand and I have more than 20 years of teaching experience.
I specialize in teaching German at A1 level to prepare students for the “Start Deutsch 1 Exam” at the Goethe-Institute and I am still always flexible to adapt to student’s wishes and all levels. We can for example use your study books, my study materials, newspapers, magazines or just have conversation to focus on pronunciation.
During my teaching career I published study books, did a lot of translations and trained hotel and restaurant staff in basic German
The most important part of the language learning process is SPEAKING! Especially at a beginner level too many explanations can be confusing rather than helpful.
Personally, I like sports, music, good food and I am interested in history and politics.

I am a fulltime professional teacher for German as a foreign language for over 7 years and also have a background in teaching and design. I create my materials in InDesign and use my recording equipment to record listening materials in Audition for Memrise. I'm a fan of games (PC, Dungeons & Dragons, Switch), languages, history, science and art and all sorts of media, including books and movies.
When I am not teaching I spend my time honing my skills as an artist and writer, stream and continue to further educate myself about art, linguistics and other scientific fields. I also like memes (ask me about cats) music, history and are generally interested in many topics. Curiosity hasn’t killed me yet.
