¡Hola a todos! I'm Daniela, I'm from Colombia, and I'm a qualified Spanish teacher. I really love languages and teaching, and I have been teaching for years. For me, the most important thing is to provide classes where students feel they are improving and also, that they enjoy the hole process of learning a new language; For this, I always take into a count the student's needs and interests while giving them the oportunity of learning through the strategies they prefer, as music, games, literature, among others. Also, I know it is important to give them a contextualization, for example with local expressions and information about cultural aspects. I want to invite you to start this process with me, you are going to develop your Spanish skills while enjoying it. I'm sure that together, we are going to achive any goal you have.

I'm Hugo, from Vigo — a city on the Atlantic coast of Galicia, in the northwest of Spain. I've been teaching Spanish for ten years, to students from over 30 countries, and I still find it one of the most interesting things I do. Languages have always been central to my life. I've lived, studied and worked in Spain, Portugal, Brazil and Canada — and those experiences shaped the way I teach more than any certificate did. Before becoming a full-time teacher, I worked in engineering, hospitality and education. At some point I stopped pretending those were leading somewhere else. My lessons are personal, flexible and human. I don't give the same class to every student. I try to understand who you are, how you learn, what you need and what kind of relationship you want to have with Spanish — and I build from there. Some students come for conversation and fluency. Others need structure, grammar, confidence, pronunciation or long-term guidance. Some need all of it in different proportion...
