Hi! My name is Anne. I am a TEFL-Certified English teacher. Last year, I lived in Arequipa, Peru for six months, where I taught English as a second language for students of all ages. I also have experience teaching as a Teacher Assistant at the University level, as well as substitute teaching for ages K-12. As a teacher, I like to focus on the student experience. What are my student's hobbies, interests, and desires? By creating lesson plans focused on what my student wants to know, and not just what a test wants them to know, I hope to teach them in a way that sticks for life.
