Since 2013 I have been teaching my language as a volunteer to refugees and foreigners in my city. In the meantime I graduated in Italian Literature in Switzerland, giving private language lessons to (mainly French-speaking) students. In 2019 I was a trainee at the Dante Alighieri Institute in Innsbruck, also working as an Italian language assistant in a Hochschule and helping with the preparation of PLIDA exam. I have experience as a teacher at secondary schools in Italy.
During these years I have developed my own teaching method, modulating my lessons according to the interests, strengths and difficulties of my pupils. I am very friendly and easygoing and my lessons tend to be informal and chatty as well. I love using different kinds of materials, like videos, songs, poetry as so on.
I believe that learning a language can be one of the most beautiful and surprising adventures in the world and I want to continue doing it with you!
