Hello! My name is Flávia and I was born and raised in Brazil, São Paulo.
I've been working as a teacher since 2011. I currently study a second degree in Languages.
I have a degree in Education and I definitely love my profession. I also studied how to teach Portuguese as a foreign language.
I enjoy working with PowerPoint, music and video files. I work with two books that were developed for foreigners who want to learn Portuguese.
For beginner students, they will first have an introductory course that will make them acquire vocabulary, practice speaking, listening, reading and writing (writing if the student is interested) before we start using the book. In short, I like the content that catches the attention of my students and that is why my priority is the materials above.
We will also work in the Portuguese language, such as linguistic variations, accents, slang etc. * It depends on what he/she is looking for.
If you become my student, you will also have access to all the materials that I make available in Google Classroom, as well as videos that I make myself about expressions and curiosities about Brazilian culture.
I put myself at the disposal of my student because making him/her achieve his/her goals is my goal.
