Hello, my name's Russ. I'm a native English speaker and have been teaching English for 5 years online and face to face with students from all over the world, including Brazil, Romania, Spain, Greece, and Peru.

As a TEFL certified English teacher and seasoned private tutor, I can teach conversational English, grammar, reading, writing, and accent reduction. And as a passionate language learner, with knowledge of Spanish (advanced), French (upper basic), and Mandarin (basic), I know what it's like to tackle learning a new language and always cater lessons to the needs of you, the student, whether you want a structured lesson plan, a creative practice session, or help preparing for an assessment. We can spend a whole hour working on how to say "education" if that's what you need.

I love seeing how other people think about language, and teaching English is a way I can experience that every day while making a difference to people who need it.
