Hello students! My name is Ian. I have a B.A. in psychology from Hood College. I also completed my M.Sc. in cognitive science with a concentration in linguistics and cognition. I have 2 years teaching English online and an additional 3 years of experience teaching English to primary school students in the U.S., Germany, and Korea. Also, I have completed my 120 hour TEFL certificate and taken additional workshops to improve my teaching skills.

I am a patient, hard-working, and dedicated teacher that will take the time to adapt to your learning style. I believe that it's important to build a stress-free environment with engaging content that rewards curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity. So, I love to incorporate science, technology, culture, current events, art, and other creative means to help my students learn.
