Bonjour!

My name is Emilia, I am a French native speaker, and have been a language tutor for over five years. I have lived in five different countries and I am currently based in Prague, Czech Republic. As a multilingual globetrotter, I have a passion for people, languages, and cultures.

Whether you're a beginner or an advanced learner, I adapt the lessons according to your needs so that you can reach your language-learning goals!
I want to avoid boring routines and keep my classes active by prompting you to speak as much as possible - yes indeed, the most important thing to learn a language is to speak! Even if it can be sometimes difficult, it will improve quickly by practicing! :)
By taking notes rather than interrupting you while speaking, I will help you develop fluency while still offering thorough instruction on how to improve your syntax, word choice, and intonation.

As a language instructor, I have helped students with no knowledge of a language become fluent within six months, but I've also helped many advanced students reach a higher level of fluency.
I have taught French for one year at Warwick University, but I've also done a lot of private tutoring with students of all ages, levels, nationalities and backgrounds.
