Hi there!
I own Daniel Dutch language coaching agency in Amsterdam. Great that you might want to learn Dutch. As an experienced native Dutch teacher I would love to help you how to speak Dutch in no time. My expertise lies in teaching absolute beginners to intermediates.
As a language learner and teacher I experience that speaking is the most important part of language learning, and the most fun as well. My lessons focus on pronunciation, dialogue and speaking confidence and I give you a solid base of grammar and cultural input.
I started teaching Dutch, English and History 10 years ago, first to high school students and later to expats. Through online platforms like Verbling I am fortunate enough to teach people from all over the world how to speak Dutch very quickly, in a fun and thorough way. I've got my bachelor and master degree with focus on Linguistics, History and International Relations, at the University of Amsterdam. I consider myself an enthusiastic and reliable character and I am very passionate about the Dutch language, history and culture.
Everyone is different. Hence, the lessons are based upon you capabilities and wishes, ranging from an integration program to personal growth or conversational skills. Whether you want to do homework or not, depends on you. I will be in direct contact with you about the learning trajectory, measure progress and evaluate lessons. You can focus on the lesson and not think of anything else. During our lesson period, I will send you PDF-files weekly with points that come across in the lesson and you could improve on.
I'll do my best to make you feel confident and have fun along the way. Let's go in this journey together! Dare to speak, just try!
Language is a passion for me. I speak a bit of French, German and Italian. English and Dutch I speak and write fluently. I love to get to know new people and learn about different cultures and languages, hopefully you do to. I look forward meeting you.
If you are interested in working with me, you could schedule a free introductory lesson with me.
I hope to speak to you soon, in Dutch!
All the best,
Daniel Dutch
