Hi! My name's Emily and I'm a CELTA-qualified English Teacher from the UK. I've also lived in Vietnam and Spain. I discovered my love for teaching and sharing languages with people from all over the world shortly after finishing my Masters in English, and I've been teaching in the classroom, one-to-one and online for five years. I teach all levels, from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Proficient).
I'm passionate about helping my students to improve their English through friendly, relaxed lessons that give you plenty of opportunity to practise speaking and receive personalised feedback. I believe that using language in meaningful conversations relevant to YOUR life and YOUR learning goals is the best way to improve fluency and confidence in a language. I like to get to know you well and adapt lessons to suit your needs and interests, so that lessons are both fun and useful for you.
After a trial lesson in which we assess your level and discuss your goals, each lesson will be tailored to suit your individual needs. We will use a range of fun and interesting electronic materials I have collected over the years to support your learning.
