Business English - Academic English - Conversational English - English for Travel - Pronunciation. I will help you gain confidence while increasing your fluency and precision.

I create a plan for each student according to the student’s interests and goals for improvement. I come prepared for each lesson to help students progress quickly, easily, and with confidence.

I really enjoy teaching English as a foreign language and seeing students progress and reach their goals. For the past four years, I have dedicated myself full-time to this work. I bring a depth of experience:
BA in English and BA in Italian;
TOEFL & Masters courses;
thousands of hours of private, in-person, and online tutoring; and
26 years of owning/working part-time in business.

Outside of teaching I have two children: my son is studying Business and Entrepreneurship at University and my daughter is pursuing a Masters in Occupational Therapy. I live and work half the year from the USA and half from Rome, Italy. I love animals and had a small family farm for 15 years. I enjoy being active - hiking, yoga, skiing, cross-country skiing, and some tennis and golf. I truly enjoy people and, in particular, students who are motivated to improve their English.

Parlo italiano non cento per cento e conosco benissimo le difficoltà che nell'apprendimento che si possono incontrare, ma sono in grado di aiutarti per rendere il tuo apprendimento facile, veloce e piacevole.

Ho abitato un anno a Roma e un anno a Firenze. Mi piace molto l'italia e la gente italiana. Adesso, vivo nel Vermont negli stati uniti e anche a Roma sei mesi del anno. Lavoro come insegnante privata d'inglese per studenti stranieri e studenti italiani on-line.
