My name is Marco! I am 🇮🇹 Italian-Canadian 🇨🇦 and have lived in Canada, The Netherlands, Argentina, USA, UK, New Zealand, Australia, and Italy. I grew up in Vancouver, Canada and have visited over 55 countries.
I'm an experienced and qualified English teacher currently living in Rome, Italy . I have also have been a private tutor for more than 20 years and possess a TEFL & TESL Certificate from The University of Toronto. I have had thousands of students from beginner to advanced levels and I always structure my lessons depending on the needs of each student.
I am an educated, credentialed, energetic, friendly, and charismatic business professional who easily understands students. Since I have had extensive exposure to many countries, cultures, and languages, I can easily adapt to the level of virtually any student.
Currently, I am a Project Manager with a PMP credential working at an engineering company based in Rome, Italy. I am also a credentialed Biologist and Engineer ... but more on that later!
I have a deep-rooted passion for music production/engineering, DJing, and I collect old vinyl records. I belong to a music group and have been releasing and publishing music since 2004. I also love the outdoors, traveling, camping, survival, trekking, fishing, sports, MMA, languages, e-commerce, old cars, weight training, filming, video editing, graphic design, vlogging, and I am an aspiring YouTuber.
