Hi everybody,

I am Yasemin, a native German speaker based in Germany. I am a self-employed proofreader, translator and online teacher with experience in exam preparation for all levels (Goethe and telc certificates), business German and daily use conversation.

Do you think that life is too short to learn German? Well, I can show you better! I have been giving German lessons for the past seven years in Germany, Spain and Turkey. In my experience motivation and a strong will are all you need to learn a new language.

How am I going to help you? By implementing different methods you will achieve your individual learning goals. We will not just use grammar books and memorize vocabulary, but also make use of innovative learning techniques such as games, videos and music. Although essential grammar is necessary to talk, the focus is on speaking practice.

Of course, your preferences matter the most! In a first conversation we will find out which goals you want to achieve, whether you want to learn the basics for your next trip to Germany, read one of Goethe's works or need to prepare for an official German exam. We adapt to your personal learning style and set future goals together.

Depending on your level of language, I suggest adequate learning methods and how your lessons are going to be structured. If you are okay with them, let's get started!
