Sobre mim

Hi! I'm a professional English teacher from the USA. I grew up outside of Washington DC and I'm ready to help you learn!

I currently teach English at a private center in Vietnam to 70-80 students each week and I love them! In addition to teaching general English for communication, I help students with exam preparation for IELTS, PET, and TOEFL. For some of my advanced immersion students, I teach science, math, and social studies in English as well so they can practice irregular vocabulary. I love seeing them progress!

I have always had a desire to teach; in my university and high school, I worked at my Writing Center to help students (undergrad to doctoral) improve their writing and communication skills. Outside of English, I also found joy in helping students through teaching fitness classes and swim lessons.

For what ever reason you want to study English, whether it is to travel, do business, or self-improve, I'm here to share my skills with you and encourage you on your journey! I believe language can be the bridge that shows different cultures how similar we really are. :)
