Chromebook/Chrome OS

Hello fellow Verblingers!
I am going to the States for a couple of months over Christmas and want to buy a laptop to continue teaching during this time...

Questions is... "Do any of you have experience with teaching on a Chromebook?".

I like the clean, easy to use interface and simplicity of Chrome OS and theoretically it has all the capabilities to work with Verbling's requirements... but before I take the plunge, I would like to know about your experiences!
