A question for teachers. Has anybody had any problems posting things in the discussions sections?

I'm able to post questions, but am unable to post things in the teachers' lounge or community discussions. 

When I try to do it, a pop-up appears saying "teacher not active or not onboarded". I'm definitely active on the platform and have been teaching on it for over 2 years. 

I've messaged Verbling support about this and am waiting for their response. Has anybody else had this problem?
