Unscheduled classes.

Dear Sirs,
I have checked my classes and i saw that I have one class scheduled,  60 classes from the past and o classes unscheduled. So from my point of view I don't have any credit. I checked my credit card and there we have a value of 890,00 reais as if I had bought 10 classes. I asked my credit card operator to dis-consider the value.
I would like to hear from you.
What is your opinion?
