About Me
My name is Alessia and I teach Italian since I moved to Dublin ....20years ago.
I am passionate about my culture and my language! I love teaching this musical romantic language, for work or for leisure! Also I can share some cooking recipes of my Country...so that you can enjoy cooking different food {more food for thought :-) } while learning the language!
My approach to teaching is full of energy and positive attitude with really enthusiastic charisma! :)
As an Italian native speaker, I mastered in teaching Italian to all levels in a class or one-to-one manner -from beginners to conversation- I taught in different city centre language schools (Languagewise School, Annalivia School, Cactus Learning services, etc) and local Community Colleges.
I offer for Higher and Ordinary levels preparation of Junior / Leaving Cert, University grinds also general Italian knowledge for leisure conversation and easy tips are covered.
I teach my language in Dublin and in this platform online...also to bilingual children in a fun and entertaining approach, also to kids with learning difficulties.
I like to involve the students in every aspect of learning ....giving tips that will facilitate learning and memorization of this lovely language; A part from the usual old hard-print material , I use web-resources & lyrics of famous songs during my lessons to improve comprehension and conversation styles.
In order to help you, i usually give some homework so that your learning process will continue at home (if you like)! Try and you will be more confident in less than a few weeks!
