HI there! I have been living in London for the past ten years but originally come from Wales. Outside of teaching I work as an actor in theatre and film and also play blues and jazz piano. I am an avid reader of non-fiction and fiction books and have spent a lot of time recently learning my native language of Welsh (Cymraeg). I also love taking film photography pictures with my Canon AE-1, making radio shows for Resonance 104.4 FM and, when I find the time, writing non-fiction.

I have been working as a teacher for over seven years. I work mainly one-to-one but also teach groups of students of a wide range of ages. I work at a British Council-accredited English language school in Central London as well as several of London's most prestigious tuition agencies. I did my CELTA TEFL qualification at the International House, London, and have several other qualifications: a BA in Philosophy from the University of Bristol, an MA in Philosophy from Birkbeck College, and a two-year Diploma in theatre from L'Ecole Philippe Gaulier. I specialise in conversational English, academic English and have a wide range of teaching techniques to help you with your English learning.
