I am a Canadian Moroccan citizen. Before settling in Canada, I lived in France, where I got a Masters degree in Business administration, and in Italy. I also went to live in Spain for a year in 2017/18.
I was born in a bilingual French/Moroccan family and did all my schooling in French.
French is my native language and one that I love to teach.
I started teaching French in Italy and continued to do so for some time when I arrived in Montreal.
In Italy I would give most of my individual and group classes through the Wall Street Institute in Padova. Unless otherwise directed, my go-to approach is the direct approach where the emphasis is on the spoken language and the development of oral skills rather than the written form.
Aside from French and English, I fluently speak Italian, Spanish and Arabic.
This will doubtlessly help teaching the students coming from these language background, even though I generally only use the target language (French) in class and encourage my students to do the same.
