About Me

Good day,
My name is Belisa but I like it if my students call me Bel (-:
I am a native English speaker from South Africa, a qualified TEFL Teacher and I am also a qualified Hotel Manager.
While being in the Hotel Industry I realized how important it is for people to be able to speak English and decided to start teaching English
Last year I was in Madrid, Spain, and taught Business English, Conversational English and I also taught youth and children.
I am a very patient, friendly and positive person with a lot of energy.
My teaching style depends a lot on how my student is but all my classes will have a topic for example Sport, Hobbies or the Weather and everything that we learn and do in the class will be based on the topic. The first 10 minutes of the class will be a warm up, this is usually just a bit of conversation on what the student did before the class, then some grammar, vocabulary, maybe also some phrasal verbs based on the topic and then the last few minutes of the class we will just sum up what was taught.
