About Me

Hello my name is Melanie, i am 24 years old and hold a 2 year advanced Diploma in Business Management as well as a Merit in my TEFL and TESOL certificates.

I have a passion for teaching, i have taught Art and design to children and adults for 3 years now, my classes ranged from 3 years old and up in age. I have taught classes one on one as well as 15 at a time. I have also worked at a pre-school teaching children from age 3 to age 7, Secondary English Language learners. I have also volunteered at an Orphanage where i helped children with homework and extra lessons. I am currently tutoring a 4 year old Taiwanese boy in English, in person.

I have huge passion for teaching and i really enjoy making learning fun for my students. I believe in the TRP (Total Physical Response) Method, because it allows the teacher and student to engage on a fun and physical level of learning, this way it make the student feel comfortable and enjoys learning.
