About Me

Hello everyone! My name is Christine and I'm a professional native English teacher from Scotland in the United Kingdom. I am currently living in sunny Nelson, New Zealand. I am a qualified and experienced teacher. As well as a masters degree I hold a Cambridge CELTA certificate and Cambridge Delta diploma in teaching English to speakers of other languages. I am passionate about teaching and the English language and love meeting students from all over the world.

I can help you achieve your English goals, whether you want to improve your speaking skills and pronunciation, work on a better understanding of English grammar, expand your vocabulary, understand more when listening and reading, or focus on improved accuracy when writing.

I also have a lot of experience preparing students for FCE, CAE, and IELTS examinations. So if you're working towards achieving one of these examinations I would love to help you.

I aim to deliver motivating communicative lessons through a programme created to suit your individual needs and objectives. Language learning should be enjoyable so my lessons will help you improve your language skills whilst having fun.
