About Me

Hi! I'm Anthony and I'm an Australian who loves languages. I have a Bachelors Degree from the University of Queensland in Peace and Conflict Studies and Spanish. I'm also finishing up a Diploma of Japanese there too. I've completed my Diploma in TESOL and am ready to teach English. I've lived in Spain for a year teaching English to primary school children, which was a lot of fun. I like to teach in a more meaningful way. That is, I try to find what the learner needs the language for and then find strategies that will help make connections between learning and the real world so that meaning can be made, which I think helps make the process more enjoyable. My main focus is intermediate to advanced English as well as conversational and academic. I look forward to having a lesson with you soon!
