About Me

Hi, I’m Chris, I am a native Chinese speaker .
I love talking to people from all over the world and learning about different cultures. I am very open to discussing many different topics, such as Literature, Culture, History, Politics. Also I can speak Thai fluently. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Thai and literature. Linguistics and Modern Chinese Language((现代汉语) were required courses when I was in university, so I know grammatical knowledge of Chinese. I had one year teaching experience when I worked in Thailand.
My lessons are fun and are a mix of reading, writing, listening and speaking, with a focus on conversation, but I can tailor lessons to focus on any skills that you would like to improve. I have taught students of all ages - from children through to adults, in both classroom and 1 to 1 settings.
I can focus lessons on any specific needs that you have or topics that you are interested in. My classes will be tailored to suit your needs. I think one of the most important factors in communication is confidence and I believe it is my job to help you to build your confidence in Chinese conversation, which is what I will do.
