About Me

Hi, I’m Alex. I’m from New York and live now in Fukuoka City. I’ve been teaching English for about 4 years now. I have experience with class sizes of 3-20 students ages 16-33 and I look forward to the experience of working one on one with you. When I have free time I play board games, read comics, play video games, and I love photography. I think that it’s important to not feel nervous while learning a language and everyone learns at their own speed. I’ll make sure you feel at ease during our lessons because your time with me will be filled with fun and laughs. I’m available to practice speaking, answer grammar questions, vocabulary practice, and I love to go over and help with your writing.
