About Me

Hello! My name is Kristin! I am an English teacher from the United States where I earned my bachelor's degree in English Education. I have been teaching English as a foreign language for the past three years. I have taught English in Honduras, China, and Mexico. I believe the best way to learn a language fluently is to learn it as a child does—naturally. Understanding and memorizing every grammar rule is exhausting, irrelevant, and will actually slow down your language learning ability. In my experience learning Spanish, I discovered a vast difference between the four years of grammar classes I took in college and the fluency I experienced living and speaking in Mexico. My goal is to help you speak English naturally without thinking about every textbook rule you have learned in your life.
