About Me

Hello! =P I'm Stephen from the United States and I currently live in Guadalajara, Mexico. I started teaching English 3 years ago and have taught over 2000 lessons! I have met so many wonderful people and made many friends from all over the world. Learning English with me feels like learning English with a friend, except I will correct your mistakes. :D I have become fluent in Spanish, and am currently learning Portuguese and Russian, so I know how satisfying it is to learn another language, but also how difficult it can be. Even native speakers make mistakes! The secret is to not worry about speaking perfectly and just have fun! I truly enjoy teaching and look forward to getting to know you and to helping you improve your English! xD

I was responsible for all of the activity on the driveway in front of a hotel. I would greet guests, call taxis, handle the occasional problem and manage those under my supervision.

I worked in 3 different hostels as an attendant. (1 in Chile, 2 in Panama. I was responsible for checking people in, accepting payment, answering the phone, etc.. That's when I first started learning and really improving my Spanish. It was an amazing experience! I love meeting new people and learning new languages. ;)
