As a German native speaker with many years of experience in teaching German, English and Spanish, I am very qualified to teach German, especially on high levels and for medical staff. If you wish to take exams, I can train you as I am a licensed examiner for several German exams up to level B2 (telc). My teaching method is very personal and individually-tailored. I have often taught medical staff, such as MDs, and have a licence in teaching German for medical professionals. My long years of living abroad in Europe and Asia and the many contacts with people from different nationalities and backgrounds are a very good prerequisite for teaching German. I love teaching languages, especially my mothertongue and getting to know people from other countries!!!!!

*** Unfortunately, I can't offer lessons to complete beginners at the moment *** Hello, thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Kay and I give German lessons online. I have experience teaching German and English to German natives and to foreigners. I also have experience writing and editing texts for publication, and I have corrected many texts written by non-native German speakers on a different language learning website. I can speak English fluently, so I am able to explain finer points of German in that language as well. I have worked with children deemed "difficult" by others, but I have learned that those labels do not matter and instead try to keep an open mind with every new student and try to help them in their unique situation. I am supportive and easy-going. I am flexible in the way I correct (few or many corrections) and the topics we talk about. I can and do explain grammar, but I'd prefer not to give a grammar lesson and monologue for one hour. I like when my s...

MULTI-CULTURAL TEACHER (Brazil/Germany/USA) with 8 years' experience! 🤗 Having grown up in a very multicultural environment (German, Brazilian and American) and having travelled a bit around the world, I've collected many stories and culture tips as I went. 😊 I have a Bachelor in Economics and have therefore a solid background in Business, which has aided me in teaching German, English and Portuguese for 8 years now! I started tutoring Business English at a university in Germany, which I then continued doing online, as well as preparing students for job interviews and for German and English proficiency tests. I also have experience teaching children and teens and love connecting with them! As a translator, I have done live translations at corporations´ trainings´ and at a 5000-people event, which helped me to practice fast-thinking skills and develop the ability to explain a topic in different ways. I am really passionate about exchanging with people, seeing their evolution and,...

Hallo! Привет! ¡Hola! Hi! 👋 Hallo!

Hey nice to meet you! My name is Chris and I could be your personal German teacher! First I want to tell you a little bit about my qualifications as a teacher. After I finished university (2010) and the so called "2.Staatsexamen" (2012) I could start working as a teacher. So I'm working as a German teacher since 2012. In the beginning I worked in the public school system in Germany for six years and at the moment I work at a school abroad, obviously also as a German teacher. Learning new languages means a lot to me. Learning a new language opens opportunities and expands our view. It helps communicating with people from all over the world and every language class is also a culture lesson. Meanwhile I'm an expert in teaching German as a second and foreign language. I'm teaching all levels from beginners (A1) to experts (C2) and I'm willing to fit your classes exactly for your special needs. In the last two years I prepared and examined a lot of students for the exams of the Goethe ...

My name is Luca and I am a certified German teacher with a long experience. I have a certificate from the Goethe Institut. I wanted to stay up to date and I did this further education to be more qualified in doing what I love. The course was called DLL (Deutsch Lehren Lernen) and it was about giving teachers the right knowledge to teach classes but also one on one lessons. I moved to Italy five years ago and I go often to Moscow, Russia where I teach Russian students who would like one day to move to Germany. In Germany I worked as a DaF (German as foreign language) teacher, I worked at home, that means that students came to me to take lessons and from time to time, I also went to them. I am a very experienced teacher and I love what I do. I am very patient and I try to support my students as much as I can. My main goal is trying to share the love I have for this language, which is, when viewed without prejudice, the language of some of the greatest European philosophers, thinkers,...

In the classroom we are told to endlessly study grammar and memorise concepts, however, research shows that language is acquired through authentic experiences. My teaching method is based on Dr. Stephen Krashen´s second language acquisition theory, in which one uses comprehensible input to acquire a language, rather than 'learn' it. Comprehensible language input can be either listening or reading content in your target language that helps you understand the context despite not understanding every word and structure at first. I combine this type of input with additional learning material to enhance your listening skills and the learning process. With this method, you will notice faster progress while learning how to speak more like a native, and most importantly, acquiring German will be a fun experience rather than a tedious drill. More on comprehensible input: “We acquire language in only one way: when we understand what people say and when we understand what we read“ -Dr. Stephe...

Are you interested in embarking on a journey to learn the German language? Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Bianca, hailing from a quaint town nestled along the border of Austria and Germany, right in the heart of Europe. With a diverse teaching background spanning across different corners of the globe, I've had the privilege of imparting knowledge in both German and Spanish. My journey began in 2008 in Monterrey, Mexico, and since then, I've traversed various countries, sharing my linguistic expertise. Despite my origins in the Austrian-German region, I am well-versed in teaching standard German. Think of it as akin to the distinctions between British English and American English; the nuances set them apart. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to educate high school students in international schools worldwide, including El Salvador, Ecuador, Mexico, Germany, and the Philippines. My passion lies in acquainting students with the German language, its literature, and the rich ta...
