What do you think the following statement means:

For me, it's not necessarily about asking questions, it's about communicating. You've got to work on communication and not be afraid of making mistakes. I can feel embarrassed sometimes when I try to communicate new ideas or new thoughts with people, but I find I learn new things if I keep trying.
