what is the best way to learn how to understand spoken languages?

I have been studying english for two years, and I think that I already know all the grammar, and I don't find new exercises... could you tell me books or ways of learning new things... I am having two or three lessons a week here... and I need new things to not lose the interest you know... hehe.
