Hello! My name is Laurel, and I have my BA in English from Thomas Edison State College. I also have my TEFL (Teaching English as a foreign language) certificate.

I taught English as a second language in Costa Rica for two years, and I currently teach English online to children in China. I mainly work with children ages 3-15, but I have taught adults as well.

I enjoy reading and writing, and I love traveling! I have visited and/or lived in Costa Rica, Panama, Nicaragua, Peru, Mexico, Canada, Australia, France and Italy.

I can help you speak in full sentences, right from the beginning. I will help you become comfortable listening and answering questions. I look forward to meeting you!
