I help motivated Spanish-speakers advance their English conversation skills so that they can improve their job performance.
• Are you a native Spanish speaker?
• Are you a high-beginner, intermediate or advanced-level English learner and want to improve your English conversation skills?
• Have you attended English classes in the past and learned to read and write in English, but you still have difficulty speaking English?
• Do you feel too shy to speak in English?
If you’ve answered “Yes,” I understand because I had the same experience when I studied a second language.
I believe we first learn how to speak, and then we learn how to read and write.
Well, that’s where I come in to help you. I will help you to speak English with confidence and improve your pronunciation.
I teach in a patient, relaxed, and fun environment. We will use stories, movies, and podcasts, and you will have plenty of time to practice speaking English during class. We will not use textbooks nor grammar exercises.
This program focuses on improving your conversation skills in English.
I have a Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, I have a Bachelor’s Degree, I am a native English speaker, and I am from California, USA.
I focus on teaching Spanish-speakers who are high-beginner, intermediate, or advanced level English learners.
If you are a high-beginner or intermediate level English learner, I suggest you plan on taking my 30 hours of instruction to get to the next level.
I have experience tutoring students individually and in groups and I also have experience as an ESL classroom instructor.
