Used to emphasize something among others representing the rest (prime example)
-N attached is the (most / best)  (  X  ) among all (  X  )
서울이야말로 아름다운 도시예요.
Seoul is indeed a beautiful city.
부모야말로 가장 좋은 의사예요.
It is indeed parents who are the best doctors.
