En casos como este, las dos opciones son válidas. Es, por tanto, igualmente correcto decir <<Está fuera>> y <<Está afuera>>. También alternan <<fuera>> y <<afuera>> en combinación con verbos de movimiento: << Voy fuera>> o << Voy afuera>>.
