What Have YOU Learned About Yourselves as a Language Tutor?

I ask all of us this question, because, us as Tutors we discover things or 'characteristics' better yet that sometimes makes us feel great about ourselves, and other 'characteristics' surface that we are shocked to learn about ourselves that isn't always pleasant about ourselves. So the question still stands; "What Have YOU Learned About Yourselves as a Language Tutor?"
