I began teaching more than 10 years ago in the US. It was at first a simple gig but I enjoyed it a lot and grew with my students. My program is widely inspired by the CEFR, the Common European Framework for language teaching, which has essentially an action-oriented approach to this learning. "Action" means, for the learner, to be faced with real-life situations, of daily life, like shopping, talking about the weather, expressing an emotion for example.
