Willkommen!
My name is Jan and I want you to become fluent in German!
I hold a master's degree in German and I'm currently working on my PhD. I also hold a qualification for teaching German as Foreign Language. I'm teaching German for more than five years. Hanover is my hometown. In this region the people speak the most explicit and clearest form of German without any regional dialect. That ensures that you can understand me easily when we will talk in German.
Speaking as often as you can is the key to become a fluent speaker of German. Therefore, I mainly focus on oral communication during our lessons and I can help you with your written German. I am an expert in grammar. Genitiv? Plural? No problem! I will help you with all levels A0, A1, A2, B1, B2 and C1. For my lessons I follow the guidelines of the Goetheinstitut and telc.

We introduce ourselves and get to know each other. :-) Then we clarify your language level and the goal you have set for learning German. If you are just learning for fun, that is of course no problem. After that I will explain my teaching methods and how my lessons work. Of course, I am also available during the trial lesson for questions, suggestions and requests.
