Hallo!
✨ My name is Kyra and I am a native Dutch speaker from the Netherlands. I'm an experienced and certified language teacher. I have been teaching Dutch for the last 2 years, helping more students to get to know this beautiful language!
I have taught Dutch to students of all ages from all over the world. Some of the students I worked with:
- Expats
- Students of Inburgeringexamen/Staatsexamen
- Exchange students
- People who just want to learn Dutch for fun! : )
- Refugees
I believe that each person has their own way of learning. That's why my lessons are focused on the student's needs, goals, and personal interests. I also like to think that Dutch classes are fun, so I usually use pictures, videos, short stories, and newspapers as resources for learning.
I am also happy to work with students' personal materials. My lessons include homework and/or tests and NT2 lesson plans.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy travelling, volunteering, and getting to know people from other cultures

✨ During the 30-minute trial lesson, we will talk about your learning goals and create a plan of action. I will also show you all the learning tools available on Verbling and what my Dutch lessons look like. After the trial lesson, I will send you a personalized learning plan!
