Hi,
My name is Otília, I was born in Portugal and I'm a native Portuguese speaker.
I am a professional teacher for more than 25 years, certified by the Portuguese Ministry of Education and a qualified teacher with a degree on Scientific Pedagogical Training for Teachers. At the moment I live in Eindhoven and I teach Portuguese as a mother tongue at the International School of Eindhoven.
I am committed to create, administer and take part of different learning environments and activities, which give vast opportunities for the holistic development of students. I have strong skills on implementing a curriculum and keeping it abreast with the different expectations of each student.
I teach students of all ages, including children with initial parental supervision.
I look forward to meet you on my classes!
Note: Although my calendar shows few available hours, it's always possible to have lessons with me. Just send me a message and I'll reply and unlock my calendar so we can schedule our lesson.

In these classes, I like to get to know the students and their expectations and goals for learning a new language. I share my teaching methods and am very transparent about my relaxed and responsible personality, allowing the student to feel comfortable expressing themselves and giving them the opportunity to choose the best way to learn Portuguese.
