Some people can talk for hours about systems, frameworks, ideas. But ask them how their weekend was and they go blank. I've sat across from professionals who can pitch, argue, analyse. They're sharp. They're fast. But when the meeting ends, they have nothing left to say. Their social life runs on autopilot. Safe topics. Predictable loops. The same small talk they've been recycling for years.
