I want to be your English exam coach! I specialize in getting students ready for exams, whether that be the TOEFL, IELTS, SAT, SSAT, GMAT, GRE, or others. I am an excellent essay writing and speaking coach, but I also guide students through the nuances of reading and listening. I understand the peculiarities of each of the different exams, and will create a course plan around your individual needs and goals. My teaching style is intense and focused on results. However, I am sensitive to an individual’s own learning peculiarities and personality. I use a range of different materials. I served as editor, college instructor, Head of English Reading Research, seminar teacher of teachers, and official English grammarian and FAQ Man for the Speed Reading Systems Division of KUMON at its World Headquarters, Ichigaya, Japan.
