How do you calculate it? Simply divide the total number of lessons a teacher has given by the number of students who have taken at least a second class. Verbling is especially helpful here, as it’s the only platform that clearly displays this statistic on each teacher’s profile. (In my case, you’ll see I have around 50 lessons per student: this number is calculated by Verbling, taking into account only those students who took at least one class after the trial class) To sum up: if you avoid teachers with a low average, you're much more likely to enjoy a positive and rewarding learning experience.
