Hello Verbling students! My name is Francisco Berião. I'm a photographer and translator from Brazil. I'm a native Portuguese speaker. I have 6 years of experience teaching English, and Portuguese. I worked at CCAA (Cultural Center for Language Studies, an international language school franchise) teaching beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. I taught foreigners and friends Portuguese on online classes when I lived abroad. If you need to improve your communication skills and improve your pronunciation, I'm here to help you! I am Brazilian from Minas Gerais. I enjoy teaching in a non-dogmatic way adapting lessons to each student's style and preferences to make them more relaxed and enjoyable giving the student the freedom to practice speaking from the first classes. For beginners, I use my own materials to structure the lessons, sharing the material and exercises with students, and from the beginning, I emphasize conversation, giving students the freedom to practice speaking. Intermediate to advanced levels, we focus on conversation, necessary corrections, and I always give tips on interesting content to expand your vocabulary. I love what I do, and today I teach people from all over the world to speak my native language and learn more about Brazil and Brazilian culture.
