I’m Radik (Радик) a certified teacher of Russian. The city I live in is called Samara. I am interested in languages, for a language is a key to human interaction. Presently, I have three years of experience in teaching. One spring day in 2015, I happened to get to know a girl from the United States who looked for a language partner to improve her Russian. At that time, I sought a native English speaker who could help me with English as I had been studying that roughly six months before we met. So, we chatted via messenger for about a year. I was so inspired by our language exchange that I decided to try myself in teaching Russian for learners of other languages. In 2016 I started off tutoring students from Africa, Middle East and South East Asia studied at some universities in my city. I taught to them mostly online, I was a home tutor also though. The teaching of foreigners rapidly turned into my hobby. In the long run, I took a course in teaching Russian as a foreign language at Russian Language Centre of Moscow State University in 2018.
Being a teacher, I always try to find an individual approach to every student. Once I see a student faces a difficulty, I focus all my knowledge on explaining to him/her the subject. When one approach does not help, I find another since there is more than one way to language acquisition. I can help you advance your level by means of speaking, writing, grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary or listening comprehension. There are many topics we could discuss on lessons such as cultures, movies, music, sciences, stories, occupations but we do not need to be restricted by only these ones. Even though the Russian language is not as easy as shooting fish in a barrel, that is not so difficult as it seems either. As any language it just takes time and also requires student’s motivation along with teacher’s assistance in case a student aims at fluency. But, for example, if your purpose is a short visit to Russia and you’re keen to learn just some common phrases you are always welcome as well. Anyway, don’t hesitate to book a lesson with me and, please, feel comfortable while sending me a message with any question concerning a lesson. I look forward to meeting all of you!
