My name is Angelica, for short Angie. I'm 27 years old. I'm from Venezuela and I'm currently living in Colombia. Besides Spanish, I also speak English, and a bit of French.
I love traveling and knowing people from different cultures, since I think this allows me to have a wider vision of the world. I love having good conversations and I am interested in topics related to self-growth, entrepreneurship, finances, healthy lifestyle, environment, animals, culture exchange, and traveling.
I started to teach Spanish a year ago. And this has been a great experience! Since I've able to know great people and I feel like traveling without leaving home!
I believe the best way for learning a language is through having and listening to real conversations, and studying phrases that can be put immediately into practice. So, I will always encourage you to talk, making the necessary corrections and providing pronunciation tricks to sound like a native!
I mainly based my explanations on the context of the topic we are studying. However, as a bilingual, I can do some translations if needed.
My teaching philosophy is based on increasing the confidence in my students, highlighting their skills, by creating a friendly and enjoyable class environment, which will make learning natural and fun!
